Project indexer UI issues on Explorer

Couple of Explorer UI bugs.

1. Pagination is not working on the project Indexers page (the controls do nothing to the data).

2. Moonriver Dictionary indexers page is not displaying any indexers for some reason.

I am definitely in sync.
